Posted on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 by Wendy Sudiro
backpacks are out, the new fall wardrobes were bought, a nationwide youth and young adults are headed back to school. The school can mean more stress, less time, less sleep, and suddenly a very unhealthy diet. All these factors can lead to unhealthy skin, and as a teen or young adult, no one wants to be self conscious about their skin. It is hard enough to get through high school, junior high, high school or even college without feeling unattractive because of the unhealthy or even acne-prone skin. Here are three tips for skin care for back-to-school time, which can help maintain a healthy summer glow throughout the school year.
to get the morning routine quickly
changes in the schedule with back to school means more leisurely morning. Instead, everything is on schedule, and wake up time is much, much sooner! Take the skin care routine morning when school starts so quickly becomes a habit and you're sure to repeat all your skin healthy steps, such as cleaning, application of treatments and moisturizers, and always, always making sure you have sunscreen applied every day . Although dinner is not so structured, the more you can ensure that you are in constant routine, the better. When it comes to skin care, developing habits is the key.
in skin care, Life Counts
As soon as school starts, many people pick up a few bad habits. This can range from too much stress is not enough sleep, and usually includes changes in diet and hydration, which is not healthy. Unhealthy lifestyles lead to unhealthy skin as well. Make sure you have enough to relax, reduce stress, reduce junk food and processed food and drink eight glasses of water a day is not only good for your skin, it is also good for you. However, the biggest benefit will be visible to the preservation of healthy skin. Do not fall into the trap of living unhealthily, and therefore have unhealthy skin, just because your schedule has gotten busier. Live healthy and you'll not only look better, you'll also feel better.
Put a Back Pack kit survival of skin together
pretty much every student that we know is a constant companion - their backpack. The school can mean long days. Make sure you have packed the basics of skin care in small, travel size backpack collection. It is advisable to pre-moistened wipes skin, acne spot, blotting papers, if your skin is oily, travel size cream and travel size skin cleanser just in case you need a lot on face wash (for example, if you get Slurppeed !)
Back to school is not usually anyone's favorite, but do not let it show on your skin! Be sure to follow these tips for a healthy (and acne-free) skin all of the school year.
