4 Skin Care Basics

After irradiation the skin is not rocket science. lifestyle choice, however, as important as sticking to a daily skin-care regimen. Eating a balanced diet, exercising, keeping hydrated, limiting alcohol and not smoking are the main players. Now for the basic 4 in skin care:
1 clean
Second flake
Third tone
4th Moisturize
1 Cleanse your face
- Begin with clean hands
- Use lukewarm water (hot or cold water can cause broken capillaries)
- Use a gentle cleanser (avoid bar soaps - they tend to dry out the skin)
- rub gently clean your face with circular movements (giving the face a mini-massage stimulates circulation.) Wash and 'pat' dry
2 flake Simple, but very important step people often skip in their weekly skincare routine. Believe me, if you use a 'scrub' you'll notice the difference immediately! Your skin sluffs off 'the' one million dead skin cells a day! Exfoliation will help get rid of them and make your skin smooth in both appearance and touch.
Scrubs work by removing the top layer of dead skin cells that will make your complexion dull and can clog your pores. Try to scrub at least 2-3 times a week. (The only exception would be if you have acne or very sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin, you should still be able to use a good scrub once a week.) Make sure you use a gentle scrub with tiny grains. Big grains in cheap scrubs (some even use chopped-up plastic that will cause microscopic lacerations on the face) can tear skin and cause more harm than good. Definitely not a good idea!
Peeling makes humidifiers and serums to penetrate better into the skin and helps your foundation glide on more smoothly, giving the skin a glowing look
3 . Toner A good toner will tone and to remove any remaining traces of cleaning, oil, makeup and all the dead skin cells that can clog pores. Apply the toner with a cotton pad to face and neck.
4 moisturize Moisturizers seal moisture in the skin. Apply moisturizer immediately after using the toner (and the face is still slightly damp) - it helps to seal in moisture in the skin better. Moisturizing will help prevent dryness and plumps up the skin, which reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
When it comes to choosing products, look for ingredients that contain humectants (like glycerin) that absorb water from the air and seal in moisture and antioxidants to help combat the effects of pollution and sun damage. Also see products noncomedogenic (meaning 'does not clog pores "), fragrance-free moisturizers and natural scent that will not irritate your kožu.SPF is also an important ingredient.
