This is the process of cleaning chemicals and toxins from the body to regain energy levels and better overall health. On a daily basis, our bodies are attacked with toxins from various sources, including: industrial gases and exhaust gases and pollution, tobacco, alcohol, food additives, tobacco, prescription drugs, harmful chemicals, stress, obesity and other contributing factors. Do not spend money on expensive detox powders, potions, juices or supplements. You can detox with a simple change in dietary habits and health routines easily. Do not stop eating from any major food group without talking to your doctor.

If you read consumer recommendations before buying online, it can help you decide if a particular cook book could be better for you than another.

Dry skin brushing is used worldwide for centuries. This gentle and effective process stimulates the lymph channels and nerve endings, stimulates blood circulation, sheds dead skin cells, improves skin texture, increases skin cell renewal, eliminates blocked pores and more!
